Leave the M25 at junction 8 and head towards Sutton on the A217.
Carry on past Banstead village on the right until you come to the major junction
shown on map
below (hidden underneath the numbers 114).
Turn right at this junction and head straight down Winkworth Road, straight over the
mini
roundabout and once again at larger roundabout into Croydon lane.
As you come down Croydon lane, Oaks Park / Golf course will be on your left, you
will come to 2
mini roundabouts take a right into Carshalton Road at the first roundabout.
About 300 - 400 yds on the left is the entrance to Seven Acres. Turn into the yard
and we are at
the top of the slope in the largest building.
